The head length is a tad too long, and beard opaqueness should be decreased.
A good effort though. He is looking like a sweet lad and not the angry young man he is generally.

Just edited it...
You can check it on the server list....
Head length and the Forehead height shortened and beard opacity decreased.

And Angry or Sweet it depends on the game programming
