I believe, with a highest superb academy it is more likely to come out as Proficient or low proficient. besides, your are guaranteed a respectable.
and neverthless... sometimes goes wrong and you end up with high mediocre

this is my second best pull... without any single ITS, and with a competent academy. :cheesy

Cant decide what to do with him... train him or put him in the market! I know it will take some patience... to increase the stamina. but it looks to me that he'll pop to proficient after 3 week primary with 3 sessions. as i can feel from his wages.
what do you guys suggest ?


Edit: I have never pulled any player with ITS assigned. I am gonna do it the following week.

I say - Train to proficient, then decide. If you want to train further, go ahead, but it will take a while. But if you give him, say, 2 batting, 2 stamina, 1 fielding, by the time his stamina hit Mediocre (26 weeks, 10 this season, whole of next season), he would be at Superb (Possibly Quality), with decent fielding and cons to boot. A long term investment, but by the time this is all done, he would only be 19, and a Superb batter at the start of the the season after the next.

I think my YP would have been great if I had put all my ITS on him. I have 20. I thought I'd save up and use them all up later. Imagine how 10 ITS on batting, and 10 on stamina would have improved him!

I doubt it, I got a guy pretty similar to yours with no ITS and then spent 20 odd on someone a week later and the result was pretty much worth the usual product of 0 ITS.
