If you're asking for suggestions, shouldn't this be in the Cricket Leagues - Feedback and Suggestions thread?
That's Feedback and Suggestions for the Cricket Leagues section in general.
The reason there's such little interest is that no one knows who you are. In order to get people to participate in your league, you should participate in some others first. I'd forget about running a league for the time being, and just participate in a few for a while.

Hmm, I need a manage either. Yudi is quite inactive in the league section so I might have to change the owner. anyone needs a team, post it in the thread (WPL)

Yudi is only active in the leagues forum during the World PL season, just so everyone knows.
Also, i'm going to America to see my grand-parents, some of you might know that there was a bit of a family crisis last week, so i'll be gone for a week.
It would be great if all the managers of the leagues i am involved in could find temporary managers for me while I am gone, I'm definitely coming back so I'll continue to manage my teams when I return.
Hope you guys are all ok with this, I think you'll all understand that this is quite a hard time for me and the rest of my family.

Just like the Champions League that comprises of all domestic winners from their respective nations , why not have a rebel unofficial League , (ie.) , the unofficial (harsh term really but nothing else struck my head to describe it) leagues like GPL , LMS , WDCC's , etc. winners all battling it out for one trophy??

And from what i have seen in the League's section , there seem to be only 5 non-Intl. leagues in GPL , LMS , WPL , Emerging Talent league (just started) & WDCC. So plans regarding the format are :
8 teams - Top 2 teams each of the 4 leagues mentioned above .
That would mean :
Tokyo , Auckland (of GPL)
Jo'Burg , Delhi (of LMS)
Yellows , Whites (WPL)
TBD , TBD (of WDCC)
Now , just waiting for the trio of CG , hedger & jono to voice their opinion
