Problem: Foreign controller

I am using DBC 14 on the ps3. The ps3 controller works fine but I've tried to use two other controllers- Logitech F310 and a red gear. L2 and r2 don't work on these controllers. Help will be appreciated

I'm using a third party controller, L2 and R2 work fine on it.

F310 isn't a PS3 controller, although this link suggests it can be made to work and that L2/R2 should work.

Is the Red Gear one another PC gamepad that you're trying to use on the PS3?

OK, I'll try and be clearer

The F310 is a PC gamepad, that "kind of" works on the PS3 (the home button just plain old doesn't work, AFAIK). I'm wondering if the Red Gear controller is a similar thing, in that it's actually a PC gamepad, rather than a third party pad for the PS3.
