Cricket 24 - General Discussion

And they couldn't add a patch note for this, why?

We still don't know exactly what they've added and changed with the main Pro team patch. We don't know why they ignore New Zealand's licenses, and they'll never tell us if they're going to fix gameplay across any of their titles. Their secretive nature as a company irks me so much as it would go a long way to restoring goodwill among buyers if they just told us what they're doing. Even EA and Ubisoft can manage that!

Oh, I 100% agree. I'm still frustrated we never got patch notes for the main update, along with no expanded notes for the fixes. I just wanted to keep the guys above in the loop, seeing as they were wondering what was happening with this specific thing. :)

i have played 3 matches with bronze teams ....still objectives didnt completed .....anyone else facing these issue??

If that is real, it sums up exactly what has concerned me over the last two years of releases—too many games, too little time. Not only that, but it doesn't even mention Cricket 26, which is probably coming later this year!

It doesn't give any space for a new game to breathe and flourish.

They plan to release the games first and develop it later with patches.

I'm well aware that's how it will go, because that's how it's gone with AFL 23, Cricket 24, Tiebreak and Rugby 25. What I'm saying is it leaves very little room for any Big Ant game to get the focus and time they need to truly flourish. That pressure then builds when you release a game that is in the state of Rugby 25, but you then put out a big mode (Pro Team) for Cricket 24. Cricket 24 then needs updating more consistently to not only keep the mode relevant, but to fix issues that came with the update. Then you throw in development for the rugby league game, AFL 26 and whatever cricket game is coming. From the outside looking in, it's utterly bonkers.

Maybe it's working out for them financially, but the quality of the products is suffering.

Sadly licensees aren't looking at the end product and the reception from buyers, these teams are blindly promoting shite to us without any decent returns for it.

It appears like the chase for licenses is all for pro team . More licenses mean more cards

It’s just all shovelware at this point. If AFL 26 is something other than an AFL 23 reskin, I’ll be shocked.

Congratulations you Idiots at BA. You managed to bring back overthrows and retarded fielders again. You still didn't fix the arcade batting controls, academy freezing when searching for teams. Stop making games if you don't know what the F you are doing!!!
