I had a look on the game website and they said that it would be out on the 15th of june.

It has major graphics updates apparently, and there would have to be new things for it to get on PS2.

if its just a stat update which wouldnt be a suprise i wont be buying it as i generally find the game more enjoyable after about 10-12 years when all the players are regens and you have to find the great players insted of just signing afridi and ponting and knowing there gunna kill. and if it comes out in july it would be a little strange, as cricket life is out on 07-07-07 so people my buy that. it really should of been out before the world cup

It has been rumoured that match presentation will be improved in a new release.
I don't think the release of Cricket Life 2007 will affect sales of a new release because they are different genres of games.
