Indian One-Day Championship returns to a playoffs postseason, and the Rajasthan Royals make it to the finals yet again!
A wonderful win for the two-time champions who pulled things back massively in a contest which swung both ways with every passage of play, but ultimately, the nerves of a more experienced side squeaked out victory in this all-important qualifier. The Royals will once again be playing the final of the Indian One-Day Championship, and for the second time, they will be the ones hosting it. Much to ponder over for the Titans, who had the game well within their grasp but let it slip away from their fingertips.

Brilliant brilliant win which was set up by the batters but the bowlers had to sweat equally hard for the result to favor us!
Stoinis was pure gold throughout the match and for Jaddu I really have no words to express. He is such an asset for us and has been right from the start! I just hope Varun Chakravarthy has been saving his best for the last on whom we have really high hopes from. He has been good thus far but in some matches he has been off color. The final hopefully will be his match!
One more win, one more! The third title and the beautiful IODC trophy will once again be ours! Very happy with how all the players have stepped up so far and have performed their roles to perfection thus far.
The biggest plus for us going into the finale will be Shaheen Shah Afridi and Kagiso Rabada who will be absolutely raring to go being fresh with the two games rest.

Cameron Green played extremely well to take the Titans' score into competitive territory, which, without him, would've been damn near-impossible for the Titans to achieve. Titans lost two of their top-three batters cheaply, but were somewhat rescued from a calamity of greater measures by Rachin Ravindra, who raced away to a Sehwag-esque fifty and breathed life into Titans' innings. His half-century, followed by a brief albeit commanding stay from Steven Smith kept the Titans in the hunt for a big score. It wasn't until Marco Jansen's one-two combo in the 33rd over of the innings that the tides turned massively in favor of the Royal Challengers, but even still, Cameron Green kept the scoreboard ticking and dragged the Titans to a fighting total despite batting the second half of his innings almost exclusively alongside the Titans' stretched-out tail.
Green's knock has poised this game evenly, setting the Royal Challengers up for a tricky chase second playoff in a row, only this time, a shot at the final stares at them.

-X-Cameron Green played extremely well to take the Titans' score into competitive territory, which, without him, would've been damn near-impossible for the Titans to achieve. Titans lost two of their top-three batters cheaply, but were somewhat rescued from a calamity of greater measures by Rachin Ravindra, who raced away to a Sehwag-esque fifty and breathed life into Titans' innings. His half-century, followed by a brief albeit commanding stay from Steven Smith kept the Titans in the hunt for a big score. It wasn't until Marco Jansen's one-two combo in the 33rd over of the innings that the tides turned massively in favor of the Royal Challengers, but even still, Cameron Green kept the scoreboard ticking and dragged the Titans to a fighting total despite batting the second half of his innings almost exclusively alongside the Titans' stretched-out tail.
Green's knock has poised this game evenly, setting the Royal Challengers up for a tricky chase second playoff in a row, only this time, a shot at the final stares at them.

Royal Challengers Bengaluru surge to victory after fighting tooth and nail for it, propelling themselves into the Indian One-Day Championship Final against the two-time champions. It was a tough run chase made all the more tricky by the Gujarat Titans, but in the end the overly-cautious approach of Kane Williamson, coupled with Yashasvi Jaiswal's blistering counterattack and a crucial 46 from Harry Brook, as well as a couple of lusty blows from Shams Mulani, sees the Royal Challengers become Indian One-Day Championship finalists for the first time ever. Gujarat Titans should be very proud of their efforts despite boasting such a young squad, especially considering the shortcomings of their franchise in the last two seasons. They were dominant throughout but in the end, they lacked the experience to pull through in difficult circumstances.
The Rajasthan Royals will brace themselves as they prepare to host the Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the Indian One-Day Championship Final at Sawai Mansingh.
