I think expectations were high because the game was renamed to Tiebreak+ for this release, and because it's been several months since the last patch . All I was hoping for was easing the career training mode, which didn't happen. Still, I've seen some say that a workaround is to lower the difficulty to Very Easy for the career training, and then restore after. I haven't tried that yet.

The new rivalry mode doesn't excite me, but that's just me. If it helps sell the game, then great. I'm guessing that there won't be any more updates. I still think that the game is really good,.

Unsure on the console numbers, but interest dropped off a lot on PC, the only time the game really got over 100 concurrent players was that free weekend they did and then it dropped right back to sub 100 numbers. It's hard to see how the ATP/WTA could be happy with how this has turned out from a marketing standpoint.
