I tried updating the game last night and just got the rolling update. Firstly it said it was too far out of date so needed to download a full version which I did, then it needed to update again and again, every time trying to download a full version.

Can I ask a stupid question? When I tried career mode I hated the first-person perspective of the camera when I batted. Is there a way to change it to the normal view or is this set in stone?

Ooooo, now that would be interesting. I think this game could benefit from network / internet play, far more even to play against a person rather than the AI who seem to be perfect at the worst of times.

Kurt, I don't know how you can say "without much success". I hadn't been able to play the game for a while but updated it the other day and tried it again and was amazed at how different it looked and how the gameplay had improved. I've still got the template for the player kits - remind me...

Hi Kurt, sorry been off sick for a few days. When I tested the last patch the stuttering seemed to have got better with the clouds on static. Didn't have time to try dynamic cloud though. I've played both ICC and Cricket Coach and personally I prefer Cricket Coach. ICC is very hard to win games...

Ok feedback in terms of the stuttering. When I tried it the first time with dynamic clouds on, the game had it's usual level of stuttering, ie. playable. When I turned it to static clouds the stuttering become massively worse and totally unplayable. When I switched back to the dynamic clouds the...

Thanks Kurt. As I say, the internet issue did disappear on a previous patch but then came back again. Can't remember which version now. If you put the dynamic clouds option in the next patch I'll test it out again and let you know.

Definately don't use the cone batting, it is very hard. I've just been force to upgrade to a new pc which has win 7 64-bit versus XP that I had before and now I've struck a weird problem, I've registered the game but the game won't act like it's activated unless I'm on the internet when I start...

No PC games don't go through that process because there is no main controlling company, unlike Xbox and Playstation.
