IPL 18 Apr - Kochi Tuskers Kerala vs Chennai Super Kings

and he picks up a wicket :D

Thats a good wicket, but Parthiv Patel is also batting well. I wish we can get McCullum's wicket here. IT WILL BE HUGE!

Poor keeping there by Dhoni! Awesome over ruined by that four! We need McCullum SOON!!!

Match slipping away :spy:facepalm

Match over!! :facepalm

I hate seeing Kochi win!!

and as I write CSK pick McCullum :D

When Dhoni knew rain is around the corner, sending in Badrinath ahead of himself and Morkel was not the right decision. Dhoni mentioned at the toss that it will be a disadvantage for the 2nd batting side with D/L coming to play and all. Badri couldnt get the big hits going (and so did Raina) and it cost Chennai atleast 20 runs that could have won them the match. Cant give the excuse of rain and D/L playing spoilsport for Chennai when a tactical decision could have helped Chennai yet make a difference to the result.

Can take solace that even Mumbai lost to Kochi last game.:p Hope Chennai buck up. I dont see why Morkel opened the bowling today. Bollinger and Southee are better options.

Thats another great win from our team. I'm happy about the fact that we derailed the two giants in two consecutive matches and about McCullum showing some consistency in batting, which is very very rare. Jadeja seems to be transformed in to a great pinch hitter and it is very good sign for us. Cheers for our second win:cheers.

It's great to see Dhoni's CSK lose, loving this. I hope they keep on losing, I just hate this over-rated team.

Well done Kochi! :thumbs

Far better than a crap Delhi, a lacklustre Rajasthan, an inconsistent RCB, a mediocre Punjab and a Mumbai that is not able to win an IPL inspite of having great players. The rest, forget it. Delhi have never got close to winning an IPL and you have the balls to say Chennai is over rated. Chennai is the only team to reach the semifinals of all IPL's, has played in two finals, and has won a final. Also it has won the Champions League which featured the world's top T20 teams (Pakistan's T20 not included but they won a world T20 tournament). Seriously, cut the crap! I wont even get to talking about your favorite lover boy, Virender Sehwag. Him and captaincy is a marriage where divorce is not an option and so the marriage grudge fully continues.

Some kids are extremely disappointed on seeing their idiotic side lose to an under-rated Kochi!

Much better than kids who have never seen their side win an IPL, well not even coming anywhere close to it. If Chennai is over rated, Delhi is trash!

Saisrini, I know you are great fan of CSK but no need to get emotional. MSD will show what he is capable of in coming days throughout the tournament. :thumbs

I am also CSK fan for this year, I hated this team in last 3 years, being Mumbai Indians fan. :D But MSD's captaincy is the only reason I am supporting CSK this time. We must learn inspirational leadership from MSD. :clap

I hate this team for Badrinath, Vijay and Morkel. :facepalm

They have been performing. Badrinath has performed, Vijay has performed (in IPL). I agree Morkel has been frustratingly inconsistent since last season, but when it mattered (in the semis and final), he turned in a beautiful performance to win us the IPL. If you hate Vijay because he gets chances in the national team because of Srikanth, thats unfair because here its about him playing for CSK.

In fact, this season I am not as passionately attached to CSK's fortunes as I did last season (because the World Cup after effect has still not gone). But when you call a team over rated even after them being IPL champions, IPL finalists, IPL semifinalists in the history of the competition, I dont agree with it.
