IPL 1st Match: Chennai Super Kings v Mumbai Indians

150 is not enough will the calibre of the likes of Dhoni and Hayden in the Chennai lin-up. We need at least 170. 10 an over isn't that hard to score in T20.

LOL The dog had me in tears. You see some weird and funny stuff happen at cricket games. This is right up there. Hilarious watching them dive to try grab it.

We'll struggle to make 120 if we keep going at this rate. FFS Sachin play some shots.

Don't see how Mumbai are going to accelerate paticularly quickly as Oram is usually very economical, Flintoffs one of the best bowlers in the world at the death and that Left Hander opening bowler whose name I can't remember seems very good aswell.

I can see that break killing the momentum of batting side not to mention the fun for the fans.
This match it seems to have sparked the batting team though.

i bet that was Modi's dog, ways to earn some commercial time :mad

I think Mumbai can still get 150, maybe more. Should be able to go at 10 an over from here, even with Flintoff bowling. If Sachin and Duminy bat most of the overs they'll get 150. It doesn't look a particularly easy pitch to bat on though. Some seam movement early up, the slower ones and the cutters make it very difficult to hit sixes and the tennis ball bounce can be hard to get used to. Zaheer Khan's one of the best OD seamers in the world also.

Boundary for JP, could be the guy to get Mumbai to a good total.

If Tendulkar can't smack the bowling around, then it can't be that easy to bat out there. He's in good form, had a superb tour of NZ, so you'd expect him to smack an attack round on a flat pitch, this obviously isn't one.
