IPL 1st Match: Chennai Super Kings v Mumbai Indians

Sunil Gavaskar just made a very good point. Sachin's not had anyone with him that's fired and allowed him to feed off their strokeplay, and has basically had to do everything himself. Been a good innings from Tendulkar, you can't argue with 48 off 43, especially on a wicket like this.

Tendulkar is playing a good anchor role. It's not a great pitch and the guys at the other end should be taking the risks.

Flintoff needs to be used more earlier with 1 or 2 for the death. If you pay 1.5 mil for a bowler you better hope they take wickets. Leaking runs a bit to be honest.

Tendulkar has an average of 39.36. That's pretty good for this format of the game.

Woah, 3rd Six of the over. Still 1 ball left in the over, that was a top edge as well, if he gets one out of the middle it'll go miles. Awesome over for Mumbai.

LOL at Flintoff being hammered by an Indian random who is in totally new and bad batting conditions.

He's so over-rated. Even the commentators going on about him before the game made me sick. Oram is a much better player then him and he got 1/3rd of the money Flintoff got. Stupid! He's not who he was a few years ago in the Ashes.
