WCC Club World Cup is the World Championship of List A cricket played annually since 2000.
The tournament is organized and overseen by the sport's governing body, the World Cricket Conference.
2003 WCC CLUB WORLD CUP
2003 WCC Club World Cup was the third annual World Championship of List A cricket, organized by the World Cricket Conference.
Originally known as the Super League, the tournament was incepted by the Cricket Board of India before they gave it over to the Conference.
Denmark hosted the Club World Cup after being awarded the hosting rights by the World Cricket Conference during their 2003 Annual Summit.
It was the first WCC event hosted by Denmark since becoming a member nation, as well as the first Club World Cup tournament to be played in Europe.
As tournament hosts, both the champions and the runners-up from Denmark's Danish One-Day Cup entered the 2003 WCC Club World Cup.
Beijing, champions of the 2002 edition, become the first team to reappear in the following edition as the defending champions.
