I see no need to change my lineup at the moment hence Bangaldesh will go unchanged.

The Italians go into this must-win game against Afghanistan with a slightly-changed side:

Mark Pettini
Michael Di Venuto
Brendon Diamanti :bwl:
Glen Batticciotto
Gareth Berg :bwl:
Damian Crowley :c: :wk:
Andy Northcote
Carl Sandri :bwl:
Tony Palladino :bwl:
Pepler Sandri :bwl:
Vince Pennazza :bwl:

There were a couple of very close-run selections - Pennazza nearly lost his place to Salpietro, while Northcote was pushed close by Marage - but ultimately we settled on the same eleven players in a slightly different order. Hopefully, Diamanti can give us some real impetus from three.

If they win this, they go through - it's as simple as that. Perhaps that makes it a slightly strange time to make changes, but hey ho. Let's continue that recent record over England.

Alexei Kervezee
Tom Cooper
Graeme van Buuren :bwl:
Colin Ackermann :bwl:
Ryan ten Doeschate :bwl:
Derek de Boorder :wk:
Stephan Myburgh
Peter Borren :c: (:bwl:)
Timm van der Gugten :bwl:
Dirk Nannes :bwl:
Ahsan Malik Jamil :bwl:

Mohammad Wasim loses his place in the side in favour of Alexei Kervezee, while a distinctly impotent spell from Kuggelijn was most disappointing, so he is replaced by Myburgh. There wasn't space for both Kervezee and Myburgh at the top of the order, though, so Myburgh will have to adapt his swashbuckling style to a late-overs charge. He's done it domestically in the Topklasse and NSPS, so there's no reason not to succeed here. The bowling line-up will rely pretty heavily on the twin-spin attack of van Buuren and Ackermann, and with Kuggelijn out of the side, Borren could end up turning his arm over. Ideally not, though.

With that win over Kenya, the Ugandans might (incredibly) be one win away from a place in the next round.

Abram Mutyagaba
Roger Musaka
Arthur Kyobe
Phillimon Selowa
Kenneth Kamyuka :bwl:
Frank Nsubuga :c: :bwl:
Lawrence Sematimba :wk:
Junior Kwebiha :bwl:
Ronald Ssemanda :bwl:
Davis Arinaitwe :bwl:
Charles Waiswa :bwl:

There's just one change to the side, with Davis Arinaitwe replacing the luckless Benjamin Musoke. Arinaitwe performed well in the warm-up but missed out since in a horses-for-courses selection policy. After their attacking innings in recent games, Kamyuka and Nsubuga form the basis of an exciting middle order, while we have reasonable batting all the way down to number eleven. Despite numerous opportunities, Mukasa has been unable to regain his bowling form, and will be used solely as a batsman in this match. Let's have the Irish!

1) Ahmed Shehzad
2) Sarfraz Ahmed :wk:
3) Azhar Ali
4) Misbah-ul-Haq :c:
5) Fawad Alam ^
6) Umar Akmal
7) Abdul Razzaq ^
8) Sohail Tanvir ^
9) Yasir Shah ^
10)Mohammad Irfan ^
11)Junaid Khan ^

Made some changes in the side. Afridi has put up some disappointing performances recently both with the bat & ball,so replacing him will be Yasir Shah, who has been in top form with the ball. Fawad's position has been adjusted to number 5 & Sarfraz to bat as an opener(he played well as an opener against Australia). Umar Akmal has been added replacing Hafeez. Hafeez has done well so far but Umar can rebuild the innings if we lose early wickets & Last but not the least Tanvir has replaced Riaz who has gone wicketless in his recent 2 games & we need wicket taking Bowlers.

@Sulaiman7 to confirm
