2022 ICC Men's T20 World Cup - Australia

Despite a slow start Ireland have turned it around for themselves post the Powerplay until that Balbirnie wicket.

Disappointing end to a promising start!

Hold your horses... Campher yet to come. This bloke can hit big... :p

IRE losing their way :rolleyes

I'm sensing AFG will upset us today...congratulations ENG :cheers

Sodhi is like "ye lo beta.. ch..ch...maro"...

Can't literally translate but the essence is Sodhi is teasing Irish batsmen and delivering like "yo..go on..it's so easy to smoke outta ground..." :lol

Only rain can save Australia from elimination. Considering their luck, i think Eng-SL tomorrow will be rained out

Why would you drop Starc for today's game? Has Dravid and the Indian selection committee loaned theirs brains to Australia?

Australia need to win by a margin of 50 runs or more. Playing Starc gives them an advantage in such a case.

Where are the people saying that too many "weaker" teams make the WC uncompetitive and boring? So many beautiful performances by Ireland, Zimbabwe and so on.
In fact the 2019 WC with only the "strongest" teams would have been extremely boring had SL not beaten England.

97 off 60 is doable, but unlikely.

Aussies lost to Zimbabwe in ODIs, almost lost to Afghanistan. Wake-up call for the bigger nations.
