Giving too much credit IMO.I’m extremely sure they scheduled it today because they wanted yesterday’s game to still be talked about.
Speaking of which, I'm extremely escatatic about the clinical win. I would agree at 150-2, Pakistan looked on course for 300 which would have tested our batting for sure. But how often do you see the wickets shared among bowlers equally? It was like one took over from where the other left off post the 30 overs.
I didn't watch it live and stayed off internet but now I regret it. Fortunately the highlights came to my rescue.
Special props to Rohit Sharma. I'm digging his aggressive play. Makes the life of the batsman at the other end so much easier. I wouldn't want him to let go of this approach should he fail 2-3 times on the trot. It was a tough call wrt to the MoM but I think the right call was made.
The only concern, if I'm nitpicking, is Kohli's dismissal. He was lucky against Australia but not so yesterday. Don't want the pull shot to become his Achilles heel.
