This is absolutely huge for PSL's popularity. The leading African sports channel, SuperSports to broadcast it for the next 3 years. Finally, PSL is obtaining the much-deserved rewards overseas.

Expect quite a few high-profile South African players to play in the PSL after this deal and their tour of Pakistan in January, given that their international commitments don't clash with the PSL.

Hopefully, Sky and Fox/Channel 7 also step in and broadcast PSL.

Anyway, here's the full list of all PSL squad changes for the playoffs. Apparently the reason players like Jordan, Lynn and Banton are unable to play is because their respective IPL teams will be playing the IPL playoffs, leaving no room between the two playoffs for these players to complete the quarantining period.

Multan were far and away the best team, the COVID-caused break screwed them up big time.
