Kohli was very close to the middle of the pitch when the fielder (I guess Afridi!) picked the ball up. So I feel Dravid could have made the run but he didnt because he didnt trust his age. But this is ODI and you still have to make it there despite your age.

DAMN! Kohli GONE!! Wastes his opportunity!

Nope, he has been reported for chucking a few times but eventually cleared. I imagine we will see a lot more borderline questionable actions in the future, the ICC wants to allow more variety in the game at the expense of the traditional rules.
