What a game! Ahaha, some SA boys might find themselves with an IPL contract by the time this comp is over.

Wow, brilliant performance by SA. MI is the only IPL side that looked not in touch and are out.

Why? So they can not play for SA in the next champions league :laugh

MI batted well and actually they bowled pretty well too, but their fielding is just atrocious. It's why SA got a 100 run opening stand, it's why they easily turned 1s into 2s and thus, it's why they strolled away with the game.

Can't believe that this team has been coached by Mr.FieldingSpecialist - jonty! It was worst to the worst possible extent :sarcasm

Awesome. :laugh

Tom Cooper. WAG. That six off Zaheer's bowling was wow.

Tendulkar as captain doesn't seem to be working, although I guess he didn't do much wrong in that department today - except his fielding.

Well done SA they are now the T&T of this competition. Klinger seems to be adding stability to the side, amazing to think he wasn't even part of the KFC Big Bash.

The problem is attitudes and old habits. These things you can't magic away. A player might know the technique, but the desire and will to get it right is not easy to teach. The other thing is the powerful effect poor fielding has. The coach might be getting through to his better fielders, Duminy or Bravo, for example, but on the field the good ones can seem outnumbered by even just a couple of really bad ones.

pretty much, and then the next CLT20 will bring in new talent while the old one underperforms, so the new talent gets a IPL contract and so on..

Mumbai are really underperforming, they are the best IPL team by a mile and yet they continue to lose. :facepalm

Catches win matches and mumbai spilled too many in the end and cost them the game. Is Mumbai virtually out of the tournament now? Redbacks seem to be in after winning both their matches so far.

Mumbai won most of their games at home ground. They were not the same when they didnt play in Mumbai. Anyways, hope CSK and RCB keep India's flame alive
