Rohit Sharma is timing the ball beautifully. Gets alot of flak from the Indians on here but I've been impressed a few times by him. Got alot of talent!

Thing with Rohit Sharma is that he only plays well in the IPL. Even last year he was the only saving grace of Deccan and was even topping the run charts for a while. He just can't hack it at the international level it seems.

I don't understand why Sharma struggles in international cricket. Anyway, Venugopal Rao can hit some balls also.

Funny thing is that Deccan Chargers scored more runs in 18 overs then Australia did in 50 overs.

Yeah me neither. He's got a lot of talent which is pretty clear. But man averaging mid 20s after 35 ODIs is simply not good enough.

Disappointing that they didn't reach 200 from the position they were in.

Their bowling attack isn't as strong as RCB either, so if their batsmen get going, they have every chance of chasing it down.

Edwards is a prime example of stats not telling the whole story, on form he's as dangerous as anyone in the world. What a delivery to bowl first ball. If he continues his good form for most of his career his figures will improve. Disastrous start to the IPL for the 2 premier Kiwi batsmen though, 2 ducks for Ryder, and Taylor's got a first baller and then failed in his 2nd game.
