Players should be -
Less than 34 years of age
For T20s - Not more than 15 T20 Internationals
For ODs - Not more than 40 One day Internationals
For FCs - Not more than 30 Test matches

- Players should have played less than 25 ODIs

I hope a player aged more than 33 but less than 34 is fine, just like it 22 years+ players are allowed in U-22 championship matches.
