I know he fits with the rules, but he's a very good player. The idea of the 'A' Championship is to compete against each other with the best players your country has that haven't yet made it into the national team in any format. Look at what Haarithan has done with England, do you see his top-order playing in the Ashes, if you want to play Tendulkar, play him, but it takes the fun out of it.

After the T20 series, (and before the knockout cup), I'll be embedding a new rule in the eligibility rules, that players retired from international cricket won't be allowed to play.
The rule's there even now, but I've messed up a few things here and there with some teams. Embarrasing on my part. So, the rule is just like blah and I forgot to mention it in the rules' post.
So, even if you want to introduce a retired player in your team, you can. He should be less than 38 in age, should have been retired for less than 5 months.
Or you can just maintain the ethics of the league, which unfortunately I failed to.

I knew my fellow members won't let me have him, they always have a problem, although Steyn & Ntini had played for SA and all that stuff, Harmison playing for England, he was one of the prime bowlers in England a few years ago.
Andrew Symonds playing for Australia and everybody know that he is close to a legend in ODI cricket.
