Clint McKay, Xavier Doherty, Cameron White are ineligible. And you already post a 17-man squad instead of 16. So that mean you replace the three by two players.

Matthew Wade and Shaun Marsh have played 40 ODIs each too.

^ they were in the list.

The list is just for the sake of it. In Pakistan list, allrounders were listed as batsmen but obviously will be rated as how allrounders should. Ahmed Shehzad just made it to the Pakistan squad because he played his 40th ODI on the day rules were posted so technically, he had played 39 ODIs till then.

Alright, I could change that rule to include equal to or less than 40 ODIs but I see bending the rules slightly unfair now. Like I said, I probably would've pointed it out, but I've had a busy weekend so not paying attention. Also, the eligibility isn't defined with respect to what time the rules were posted, moreso when the warmups begins, so @Samuels, Ahmed Shahzad would be ineligible too. @ThebigGgamer, David Miller and Ryan McLaren are ineligible and @Mr Nokkaya, Matthew Wade and Shaun Marsh are too. That makes it five players invalid on your team, and you have to replace them by 4. Also, @Umair2000 is still to fully post his squad. Warmups won't begin until the New Year, so you have ample time to research and select the best teams possible. And those who've already selected teams can change players or coaches as well, until warmups begin. And remember, it is supposed to be a 16-man squad. :)

About the injury system, how about this?

Injuries are random. First an injury check is performed using the numbers 0 and 1. (0 means not injured, 1 means injured) A player is chosen randomly (using random.org, alloting number to players 1-15) Degree of injury is chosen randomly.
Degree of injury (0-2)
0 - can play with a minor rating drop (-1 or +1) and heals in one game
1 - can play with a major rating drop (-2 or +2) and heals in two games; if rested heals in one game
2 - out for two games

Additional Note: Total probability of a given player being injured after a game: 1/15*1/2=1/30. This is almost 2/3 times less than the probability of injury is the current system, that is 1/20.
