Any Improvements?

Both the Cricket stories and Non-Cricket stories are just as popular, it doesn't really make a huge amount of sense to put one in with the other. There are a few more changes I'll be doing in a few minutes that will make it a bit clearer what's happening there. I really do think it will be a much more logical forum division than we previously had.
 
I like it as a seperate forum. Hopefully it'll give the writers more publicity and therefore more encouragement to continue making stories.
 
Agree with Treva. Other games stories really has been shut off of past. It's a much more creative story place too. Deserves it's on forum.
 
@Matt Fine,Agree with the fact that after Suren started a story in "Other Stories Forum" people have been active in that forum a lot so yes it is fair enough to have a separate forum.

Wait, it's not just because of Suren. I can't stand it how just because Suren does a story it is time to worship it and suddenly flock into the other stories forum, no matter how good a story writer he is. There are many members who have posted some brilliant stories in there without any recognition (Jaz, Shantanu, MVaughan ect.). It really annoys me.
 
Once more, agree with Trev (I'm sounding like a broken record here!) I thought Jaz's stories were some of the best. And give yourself some credit Treva, you've had some good stories in that section too ;)
 
I am taken wrong. I am not saying because of Suren that forum has raised i am just saying that he started a story which manage to get attention of many members. Although i would say that stories from Shantanu Rooney,Jaz,Mvaughan etc really made that forum alive.
 
Why thankyou. I was actually just taken a glance at the Other Stories Hall of Fame (Which has needed updating since June of last year, another sign of the forum's neglect) and was thinking of making a sequel to 'Sex, Drugs & Rock 'n' Roll. Oh and some football'. I was thinking of simming my FM09 save, adding my player onto FM10 and putting in the same stats. Maybe get a few people to sign up as youngsters around the league.

Yeah, I do like the sound of that. I can see it being a hit.
 
Really shocked to see a change to the forum get widespread approval from those who visit it :eek:.

Anyway, if you were a mod of any of these forums and lost powers in a forum because of these changes PM me, I'm not entirely sure who was running what in there, but I know there were numerous non-staff mods in that area.

Edit: Also want to add that we've passed the 2000 post mark in this thread. So thanks to all the members who give PC valuable feedback. We do listen to all of it, even if sometimes we don't seem to. We couldn't have the forum without you all, so thanks for visiting and thanks for posting your feedback :clap.
