Downloads? For some of those, I do have to visit. And, I'm surprised being a mod you are telling not to visit a spam filled forum. Then what is the duty of the mods?

Well if you still play the game and download stuff then fair enough and keep on doing what you are you have been doing for some great time now and mods will take action.

You cannot have mods monitoring threads 24 hours and need members like you report incidents.

If you have any suggestions on how to stop spamming there, then we are all ears.

Yeah, thanks. I agree mods can't be there forever but still it seems no one of the current ones are interested maybe except Ollie. No offense to anyone. The rules could be strict in that part. A ban for a day? Might well serve good.

For what benefit? What harm is someone saying a patch is good? We tried being very strict in the past, and all it did was just make it so nearly no one posted.

Its not that they are not interested, unfortunately King Cricket, surendar, Kshitiz_Indian have private life outside Planet Cricket.

Banning is always not the right solution to everything.

Put it this way User2010. When I was a mod, I had to spend an hour every morning just going through the threads in the 07 forum which were filled with crap, tidying it all up. Do you really think anyone wants to do that for any period of time? I don't know why the majority of young Asian members insist on posting like retarded animals. I suspect it is something in the water

It is an absolutely horrible place to mod, nearly every post could actually be worthy of deletion, it's almost worth just leaving it and letting the people say 'good patch' because even if you stop it or infract it, the amount of people that come new to the forum don't know any of the rules. I went through one of the threads one and think shortened it by about 4 or 5 pages, it must have taken me nearly an hour if not more.

I feel your pain man, I was totally abandoned in that forum as well to sort it out, it either needs to be dealt with severely or just left to fester as it is and everyone accepts the guys posting there have single figure IQ's.

We recommend constructive feedback is given but we understand that some work is perfect and it can only be appreciated. We recommend using the 'Thanks' button but we understand if you wish to say how good their patch/graphics is through a post.
