Yeah, why would you dislike it? I can see why some people might not really be bothered about it but as long as it isn't affecting the server badly I can only see it being a good addition.

It just disturbs our flow of writing, just when he have a flow in writing a buggy post comes up disturbing the flow

All it does is shows new posts without having to click refresh. It's only a positive.

If anything it helps the flow of your writing as instead of having to edit your post after you've posted you can do it straight away should someone post something relevant while you're writing.

Just quote the post your writing too then, or 'Go Advanced'. It's not like you write massive posts anyway, so I can't imagine what your 'flow of writing' is like.
