Which is annoying as Google are supposed to have fairly rigid requirements on ad providers to not have sound.

You can report ads directly to Google by hitting the

image in the corner (you may just see the symbol) and following through the process.

I am currently in the Netherlands and often get the adverts with sound...cant remember what they are for but they make me jump like a pig in a synagogue every time it happens!

Is there an option to disable all avatars and signs? This will help the limited users.

Yes, there is. In your User CP, go to Edit Options on the left. There, browse down and in thread display options, you can disable the signs and avatars by deselecting them.

Why do I get logged out automatically after every 15 minutes or so. Its really annoying. I post somewhere, then again I start posting in other thread and while I am typing I see I have to log in again

Try deleting your PC cookies and clearing your cache. Does it happen on one browser only or on all browsers you use?
