Anyways how about adding Youtube Code in the quick reply box? It's used pretty frequently these days.

If anyone can make me a 20*20 image that looks better and won't result in us getting sued let me know.

Maybe decrease the height a bit? Not much of an issue though as it serves the purpose.

Done but I feel that I've somehow pixelated it a bit.

Because the icons need to be 21x20 for some confusing reason, and the icon width is hard coded, so it will be stretched 1 pixel. You also have the wrong shade of grey.

Not that I'm volunteering.
