Click the "Reply" link. Cut/Copy the text that gets added to the quick reply box. Open the new thread, paste the copied content and post reply.
At least that's how I do it. There may be a shortcut too that I'm probably not aware.
Click quote >> Insert quote >> Cut the quote and paste it in the desired thread.

Yea one more thing, this quote option won't work if you want to copy a post from a thread to a private message and vice versa. The only way out then is to copy the post and paste it in a private conversation and vice versa.

Thanks bro before forum upgrade it worked simply by coping and pasting it .after upgrade it didn't work that's why asked

Scroll to the bottom of any page , left hand bottom you'll see a paintbrush with the style you are on. Click it in order to change.
