and if you've watched it on TV, you would know that almost everyone is running up to him EVERY ball and having a chat. this puts undue pressure on him.

i say it again. Sreesanth is not ODI / T20 material. he is a swing / rhythm bowler. he depends too much on the pitch and conditions to help him. doesnt have the discipline nor variations like munaf and zaheer.

sometimes i really get irritated when people have a go at him JUST BECAUSE he is sreesanth. he is not a punching bag! am sure, nobody would've said anything if zaheer went for 3 fours.

heck, even Umar Gul had a horrible outing against us inspite of being in top form.

to sree's credit, he did bowl the first 3 overs very well. held his nerves!

I know it, jkartik. For your information, I am fan of Sreesanth. But according me, Dhoni should have given him opportunities against Ireland and Netherlands, so he could deliver at his best in Final. He has not got any match practice after 19th February. So Ashwin was better option, as he has shown his bowling display with variations in 2 matches.
