Ponting has been riding his luck in this innings, but he eventually departs for a well played 34 off 38 balls. Some nifty bowling from the spin. I think that was the flipper.

Watson has gone, and Australia really need to quicken the pace to get a good score here. New Zealand are slowing the rate well. The New Zealanders have been very good in the field all tournament. But, one person has shone, and Matt Roberts took another stunner here to dismiss Watson and for Bazzy star to claim his first scalp.

And Australia have reached a total of 228-5 off 50 overs. Can New Zealand do better?

I'm sorry, but I'm too disgraced to put our pitiful reply of 113 all out. Top scorers were T Spin and M Roberts who both got 26. Everyone in the top order collapsed. Simon's batting order sucked and will be revamped again for next time.
