Pietersen and Strauss built up a strong partnership, but it's that man Teague again who breaks it with his part time mediums.

Next in...Ian Bell...

Can anyone stop this man Teague? He's going crazy out there. The dangerman is gone. Pietersen out! A brilliant catch from Willie!

England are still in a strong position with Owais Shah coming to the crease.

Teague out of the attack as he is far too expensive. Going for 10 an over. The captain back into the attack, and he takes a vital wicket. That of Ian Bell.

England look set for a good score here. New Zealand are done and dusted I believe.

New Zealand shall be chasing 270. Some poor bowling from the New Zealanders saw to this. The only good bowler, who was very economical was Treva Teague.

No they are fine.

And don't be cheeky Mr Commentator
But again I prove to be a great wicket taker.
MAybe a promotion on the bowling front ;)
We need to keep our hands and bat sensibly if we want to win this one :)
Great work Gn :clap

A brilliant James Anderson slow yorker has done for Rudi Cruss. Another disappointing score. Matthew Roberts is next in. A big innings from him, we won't.

No Mattman heroics today. A poor shot, leads to his downfall. Next it is Willie who was begging for coach to bring him up the order.

I don't think this game is well suited for the Zealanders. They are collapsing again. Two wickets in two balls for Jimmy Anderson and now things seem hopeless.

Suren and Zorax are out.

Another dismissal, as New Zealand are very poor. Well, It's either that, or their manager is poor at this game. :p

The captain has seen enough, and is coming in early. Can this get any worse?

A poor shot from Mackie sees him sent back to the pavilion when his team needed him most. A good 38 from him, though.

You may think that they are throwing their wickets away, but actually, they need to keep up with the ever increasing run rate. West still in and blazing, though.

Two wickets in two balls (yet again). This is bad. Teague and Barrow back in the hutch. England are one step closer to victory.

Victory is in the air for the English. The Barmy Army and singing and cheering.

It was all over when The Spin edged one to first slip and Jimmy Anderson claimed his fifth scalp. A nightmare for New Zealand. I doubt there will be any recovering from this battering.

Because of this poor display, the New Zealand coach is putting up a poll on "Who should be the opening batsmen?".
