Camera each end. I think they usually had more cameras in the 80s, less in the 70s. It's tidy enough for a raw stream, could do with some voluntary comms though.
Khawaja has all the shots and has already shown he can bat a long time, but to be fair, so can North. I think the only question is one of adaptability. He's got a good game for the belters, which is obviously a considerable part of Test cricket, but the mark of a great player is to be able to make whatever adjustments are necessary for success. Whereas we've been able to see, for example, quite a few innings where Hughes has prevailed in a low scoring team, I don't think we've had quite as much an in-depth look at Khawaja. I'd still say he's better than North, of course.
