It's now up to the two keepers to help us get a decent score, then some late hitting from Day and Smith would be handy. It's a pretty strong Victorian side though for a future league match, with Hill, Carters, Stray, Keath, Gulbis, Pattinson & Salpietro.

Tasmania getting to 211, Triffit top scoring with 62. Won't be enough though Victoria have a pretty good batting line-up and conditions seem to be better day two, Victoria already no wicket for 70 runs.

Shoot, that kid was bowling close to 150kph, I like his action.

Yesterday was the quickest hes bowled so far. Usually gets to about 144km/h but yesterday lifted it up to 147km/h. What you have to like about him is his consistency at such a young age. The captain has so much confidence in him that he bowls the death overs and unlike some of the Aussie guys atm he hasn't been taken to.
