Hogg Chimes In - Pakistan 5/144

Brad Hogg chimed in with the wicket of one of the dangermen of the Pakistan batting lineup, all rounder Abdul Razzaq for only 16 with Pakistan 5/144. Hogg beat Razzaq all ends up with the wrong un' that snuck between bat and pad to take leg stump just under bail height.

 
Inzamam Steers Pakistan Forward - Pakistan 5/186 (40.0)

An unbeaten 77 from captain Inzimam ul Haq has put Pakistan in a far stronger position as Pakistan fought to be 5/186 with 10 overs remaining in their innings. Kamran Akmal (14 from 22) has assisted his captain but it has been the 85 ball unbeaten half century from Inzimam that has put Pakistan in a competitive situation.

Hogg Grabs His Second - Pakistan 6/206

Kamral Akmal was the second batsman to be decieved by the spin of Brad Hogg as Pakistan slipped to 6/206 after losing their wicketkeeper for a stylish 23 from 32 balls. Akmal was decieved by a straighter ball from the left arm spin bowler, the ball crashing into this leg stump, much in the same manner that dismissed his team mate Abdul Razzaq earlier.

 
Inzamam Completes Century - Pakistan 6/222

Inzamam ul Haq completed a crucial century to bring Pakistan right back into the 1st VB series match at Melbourne. Ul Haq slashed his way to an unbeaten 100 from only 97 balls to play a lone hand in the Pakistan score of 6/222, still with over 5 overs remaining in the match.
