Australian Tour of India, October 2010/11

Hey now, it was Kumble's club long before it was Lee's.

I was talking of Australia v India contest. :p

Incidentally India is leading in both categories:
- team with most 200 + runs bowlers
- team for scoring most 200 + runs against bowlers

Tendulkar is a maniac. This is some form that he's in. According to stats this is the peak of his career ! To just keep scoring runs every single match like this is pretty amazing.

No need to look at stats for that. Its obvious that he has never had phase like this in his career where he is scoring in both formats at will. For stats just imagine if he had not been out in 90's in last 2 years.

He gets nervous in 90's only. After you cross 100 it is 100 only no matter if you end up scoring 500. :p

No way ! No triple for Tendulkar. I feel he might reach 240 odd, break his earlier record against Australia, but a triple is asking too much given that we don't have any batting left.
If Dhoni departs early tomorrow, there is every possibility of India crumbling.

I will take quick runs to get 80 + lead somehow rather than watch Sachin crawl to 250 or 300. That way if he is at crease the he will automatically be above 250 score.

By the way, where is Binga these days?? He was a treat to watch but nowadays spend most of time in rehab. Last time i checked, he was eying the World Cup squad. I'm just curious, is he playing any FC matches or still recovering.

What is this "testmatchsofa" above this thread?
I mean, is it real-time?

Yes it is. They do alternative commentary. After this series they will be doing the Ashes and then the World Cup.
Hopefully the player won't affect page loading times too much.

Ok

Didn't turn out as well as I'd hoped especially the underarms. Turned out like crabs to be honest.

Silliness aside. I concur, unless Australia collapse big time I don't see any other result bar a draw.

Draw - 95%, India Win - 3%, Australia Win - 2%

Brilliant day for India! Sachin continues to pound it in. Vijay's knock was top class too. So unlucky for Pujara to get out to such a ball. He will probably not get another chance soon enough since our next series is quite sometime from now (well most likely Pujara will not even be backup because Yuvraj will sneak in due to that double hundred in the domestic match). Will be so sad! But good players will eventually get their opportunities. Hope it happens with Pujara

Yup... He got really unlucky.. Had he survived that ball, could have easily scored some nice runs with Tendulkar guiding him on the other hand...
