Australian Tour of India, October 2010/11

That's harsh. Hauritz had 3 dropped catches off his bowling.

So 3 dropped catches should allow Hauritz to go at close to 4 an over? Khan and Ojha also had 2 dropped catches, didn't mean they decided to bowl crap and go at 4 an over.

He did pretty well IMO. You're not really at fault when batsmen go after you on a flat pitch.

Yes, Indian pitches turn quite a bit from Day 3 onwards. He was getting the ball to turn but did not look threatening. Same as Ishant Sharma

I hope that Sharma and Ojha will put up a better performance with Zak and Bhajji continuing the show. Early wickets tomorrow are very crucial.

I'd still say pressure is on Australia and they would look to draw the match. And IMHO this match will be a draw.

Thank God we have Sehwag as Aussies will think twice before declaring on us early. I think we will have maximum of 5 hours to bat.

Sachin was giving sign from beginning of getting out in 90's.

Raina was just playing stupid cricket since Sachin got out. No surprise he fell short.

I have a feeling our bowling is going to be much better than first innings, and the Aussies might fold up faster than first innings. I think it slightly favors us from here IMO. If Aussies had got a lead of 50+, I would have favored them. But 23 is a very slim lead. They have to bat really well to set us a steep target. Knowing Ponting, he would give themselves a shot at the win which means he will give his team enough time to bowl us out. I see a result. So far, very gripping test match though slow due to the Aussie scoring.

I remember a test where Aussies were bowled out for 196 I think. Agarkar got 6?

Bhajji to get 5wik haul

/end

it's just a prediction, he's a capable we all know

Sehwag to kill the Aussiesby his bolwing this time.. He has been the best spinner since the last Test Series against Srilanka..

Come on India win this..

Its Losetralia VS Windia :)

Indeed. I imagine the RR required in any chase Ponting sets will be a bit higher than usual due to Sehwag. But also, Sehwag's record in the 3rd and 4th innings of games is very poor so Ponting shouldn't spend all night thinking about it. Instead he should think about playing aggressively, as a win in this Test would be a great achievement. So I think there is a great opportunity here - go for the win boys.

I think a target of around 350-375 on the last day would be good for Australia to set. That means normal batting to tea, hopefully around 200 in front by then with only 2 or 3 down. Then you can ramp up the pace and try to score that last 150 quickly.
