mckay
142 paddle pull by haydos for a run

angryangy added 0 Minutes and 40 Seconds later...

139, mcgrath like, elegantly left outside the lefty's off

angryangy added 0 Minutes and 22 Seconds later...

142, a bit of tip and run to get off strike

angryangy added 0 Minutes and 59 Seconds later...

138, cat and mouse has the ball way down leg and haydos moving to it, pulls for a couple

angryangy added 0 Minutes and 30 Seconds later...

109 short slow one over the off stump, hayden couldn't find it.

angryangy added 0 Minutes and 58 Seconds later...

139, hayden moves up on leg, taps to mid on. pretty tidy bowling by mckay, forcing hayden to work hard

angryangy added 0 Minutes and 35 Seconds later...

yeah... i'm not going to both commentating david hussey.

angryangy added 2 Minutes and 56 Seconds later...

andrew mcdonald, bowling right arm medium ranga

angryangy added 0 Minutes and 15 Seconds later...

well that's unfair, he's a tall ranga

angryangy added 0 Minutes and 46 Seconds later...

short straight 126, kind of pulled to nowhere

angryangy added 0 Minutes and 36 Seconds later...

fuller, defended nicely for a quick single to mid off, 126

angryangy added 0 Minutes and 33 Seconds later...

outside off, big swing unloads, no contact, 128 beaten for pace haydos?

short, pulls well 127 just a single. tidy and economical, they'll have to use their heads to get runs off him, methinks.

angryangy added 0 Minutes and 52 Seconds later...

steve smith the leggie. could go for a few, but he has a flipper that worked very well in the champions league

angryangy added 0 Minutes and 48 Seconds later...

oh there you go, clarke reckons he's caught this

angryangy added 0 Minutes and 39 Seconds later...

not out, hard to give it once you need to replay it

angryangy added 1 Minutes and 4 Seconds later...

stumped!

good opportunity for travis birt, powerful batsman. carseldine will face adam voges' slow left arm pies

His first wicket for Australia, Matthew Hayden. It's a sign. Holland and Smith are the future of spin bowling in Australia, get em in the teams!

That's too long. We need to blood them young, in dead matches, etc. That's why we're in a crisis now....

macdonald, 130 kph, short leg stump, pulled. unco stop on the fence by tait. 2.

116 up to the batsman, in the slot in fact, driven sweetly through cover 4

130, smacked into point, misfielded, but could have gone a lot further

angryangy added 0 Minutes and 31 Seconds later...

129, good fuller line and length, nearly chopped on

angryangy added 1 Minutes and 1 Seconds later...

128, good line again played late to third man

129, straighter, pulled up, doesn't find a fielder, gets runs

If Hauritz starts bowling "economical" like he did last year, I want this guy to replace him ASAP.

SHOOOOOOOOOT

siddle back
140 kph, steps up, smashes high straight, just misses the third tier.
143 kph, a bit better, plays a cramped cut.
127 kph, gets an edge to third man
144 kph, big pull finds the man
146 kph, full and driven straight for a run
146 kph, fullish and straight, birt clears the leg, slams it into the stand

this partnership is bad for the australians, clarke needs to press for a wicket.

It is a crisis if we lose the Ashes and Border Gavaskar Trophy, and several times fail to bowl the opposition out on spinning day five pitches....

mckay around the wicket
138 short tries to whip it away to leg, can't run
138 full and wide, chopped behind point
119 short and wide, nicked! birt gone for a nice 26. was wide enough to call if he didn't hit it
