Yeah, because it's a warm up for the first test, which is always in Brisbane. And, there's probably no better place to get used to our bouncy pitches than Brisbane, where the ball actually swings. Especially after touring India, which we have for the second year in a row

BTW I'm surprised Modi didn't try to schedule us to play one of his beautiful IPL franchises on tour :doh

I would say that Watson has been our most consistent batsman since the Ashes when he got his call-up. Every single innings he was chipping in with 30-60 runs and barely ever failing, he's just won Player of the Series in India and you're calling him inconsistent!
