Yeah. Roy and Sreesanth are coming too! It`ll be like your usual family day out! Just that there`ll be sausages and burgers flying around.

I'll inform Mr. Modi......

Oh wait, its an Australian T20. IPL's poor cousin. He won't come ;)

Jokes apart, seems to be a great match. The youngsters shall learn a lot from the pros. :)

Lalit Modi is a greedy as*hole and he can make his own sausages. :sarcasm

Back on topic, why is this always played in the Gabba!? I`d go if it was in the MCG..

Yeah, because it's a warm up for the first test, which is always in Brisbane. And, there's probably no better place to get used to our bouncy pitches than Brisbane, where the ball actually swings. Especially after touring India, which we have for the second year in a row :)

BTW I'm surprised Modi didn't try to schedule us to play one of his beautiful IPL franchises on tour :doh

The 'Lalit Modi T20 for 20'......

Fair enough. I'll write to Dildo then.....

I'd like to see these teams

Australia:
Warner
Hughes
Clarke (c) A grudging selection, purely because of the little symbol between those brackets
White
Watson
Michael Hussey
Haddin (wk)
Johnson
Lee
Hauritz
Siddle

IMO the All*Stars side should be made up of mostly Victorians and NSWman. Two of the best T20 sides in the world, and easily the two best in the country.....

All*Stars:
Gilchrist (wk)
Hayden
Symonds
Hodge
David Hussey
Henriques
McDonald
McKay
Warne (c)
Nannes
McGrath

If not for the legends, would have slotted in Holland and Wade....

That would make for one awesome match.

That's the second time in this thread :facepalm

Cannot wait for this, hoping to see the XIs I posted above...

why the hell would Nannes play for legends???
crazy or what?????? he will play for current t20 side

Yes. Watson is too inconsistent.

You have got to be joking me.

I would say that Watson has been our most consistent batsman since the Ashes when he got his call-up. Every single innings he was chipping in with 30-60 runs and barely ever failing, he's just won Player of the Series in India and you're calling him inconsistent!

I don't want to make this a Watson argument, but have you been watching any cricket at all recently?

Remmember his duck hat-trick?
