Yeah I really hope to see the match too.

Agree with Covvy, would like to see Geeves on the mic., hes a great laugh.

Go All Starts!

LOL, I love these type of games. Hope George Bailey or Brett Geeves are playing and they're miced up, They actually are hilarious. At least it's just a once a year thing.

Thirded, He got some heckling at NSO, about his dropped catch but responded in kind with a good comment.

Not sure. Though I dare say one of the Cricket Channel over there would be showing it. Seeing as how Australian Domestic Cricket gets shown over there.

I'll try at Star Cricket, where the Aussies Domestic is telecasted.

All Stars :facepalm

Here's a bit of a dark horse, what are the chances of Ponting lining up for the All*Stars?

Guys, its official, Star Cricket will telecast it in India as I've seen an Advertisement of it.
Live from 1:53 PM IST.
And Gajan, I feel you better edit the first post with telecasting details so that it'll be helpful for people:)

I think this is a great way to start the summer. A bit of fun and gets people interested before the tests start. Wouldn't be surprised if a % of the gate receipts went to a charity organisation as I'm pretty sure they did last year to.

Awesome, Bailey in the Aussie team, also plenty of Tassie people in the All stars. Annoying how Hilfy's not playing, he'll be going into the first test with no preparation.

Thanks for that Syl. I'll update the first post.

The All star team has some serious hitting power with Birt, Reardon, Lockyear to go with Hayden and Gilly. I'm guessing Manou will be the one to miss out.

Aussie side actually turned out well. I'm guessing it will be
Haddin
Warner
Clarke
David Hussey
Adam Voges/George Bailey
Andrew McDonald
Steven Smith
Clint McKay
Peter Siddle
Shaun Tait

We should give Bailey a run, Steven Smith is pretty much a shoe in as the only spinner in the side.

All*stars should lineup as
Hayden
Gilchrist
Harris
Lockyear
Carseldine
Birt
Reardon
Krejza
Warne
Rimming
McGrath
