1st ODI

PLAYING CONDITION

Bounce-Poor for Bowlers
Wear-Poor for spin
Outfield-Fast
Light-Very Good

Its going to be a high scoring game. If captain won the toss he should bat first and set a good total for the team batting second and try to take wickets as quickly as possible to get a nice win.

TOSS
Grame Smith has the coin…..he flips it…Ricky Ponting calls tails….and its tails. Ponting won the toss and elected to bat first.

Australia’s openers are Hughes and Katich. If Australia wants to post a good total then the openers must bat well so that they can give Australia a nice start. The middle order – Ricky Ponting , Michael Hussey and Michael Clarke must continue to score runs inorder to maintain a good team run-rate. Lower Order will be having Shane Watson and Brad Haddin. The bowling attack of Australia will consist of Mitchell Johnson , Brett Lee , Stuart Clark and Ben Hilfenhaus and also Shane Watson.

11.00am-Phillp Hughes and Simon Katich are entering the field...
