Nah, they've just got the blokes down in the van to cleverly edit some video together, to make it look like he's still there. Either that, or they employ someone (possibly Tim Abraham) to sit in a David Lloyd costume. It's basically like a large-scale Ant and Dec Saturday Night Takeaway prank. That's my theory anyway.
