good stuff. Purely on composition that is very good. If you work on enhancing stock images that's a leap forward. The looping text is a nice touch too.

^ Nothing is wrong. You could just use some simple lighting effects that would enhance your banner.

And also the dude who you've put second from the left is a guy from Papa New Guinea, not Canada.
