Bats are not saved in the Trophy cabinet

Guys Ii dont know whether this happened with others or not.The BATS you get after completing a tour is stored in the trophy cabinet.OK I just completed AUSSIE tour succesfully and I got a bat as a reward which was stored in the trophy cabinet.But when I restarted the game after a day, the bat was not there. What I want to say that the are the bats not saved in the trophy room. Please help me, how to save it.

after winning the tournament or tour u should qverwrite the profile and roster .

well roborocks you must be doing in wrong. just read through the steps (which have been repeated hundreds of times in this forum) and you wont have any problems.
