In that case make sure your eyes are on the ball all the way through the delivery and your stroke. It's far too easy to start looking at where the ball will go instead of watching the ball right on to the bat.
I'm on 18 not out, batting in a 2 dayer. We bowled the otherside out for 103 (Favourites to take the comp). I felt sick and decided to take it easy and just blunder through the innings until the day was finished despite it almost costing my wicket twice which sort of woke me up and really focus as I was facing who I think is the best bowler in the comp. We're currently on 46 for the loss of 1 wicket.
