Beep Test

LOL, im 12 and i got 10.6.. Would have been funny watching him waddle along.

He's probably fitter then you considering he would bowl 20-30 overs a day and then field in the Indian heat. Probably just wouldn't be as good at constant running for a short period of time.

I know, but did i say i was fitter. The beep test only goes so far. As you said it meausures constant sprints. Not the whole picture.

Had to do it at school a few weeks ago.

I had a big recess and we had a tiring warm up to start. So I had a stich by level 4.

But I managed to keep going and ironically get my PB of 10.8. It was quite funny the way I got eliminated actually. On level 10.7 i slid on the gym floor but the beep beat me. But I kept sliding than as i pivoted I lost my balance and fell on hands and knees. By the time i completed the sprint to 10.8 I was gone...:p

Being 13 and the fittest i had ever been at the time i was kinda "meh meh" about it. It didn't help when my damn PE teacher told me we would be doing it as soon as the hols finished.

I hate her now:p

When I was 17 it was the last time I did I think I got about 10. Which is on the average sort of scale but a large improvement on what it was when I was about 14 was getting about 5.

Wouldn't have a clue what it is now. I think it might still be around the 9-10 mark due to my poor diet as I've moved out of home and i've put on a good 7-8kg of muscle
