Bermuda in Kenya

Although in the longer form of the game Bangladesh as an edge as they have far more experience in that area. I think the gap is huge between the top 8 and the rest, but as you go down the gap isn't so big. The gap between Bermuda and Kenya is a little wide but then there are sides like Netherlands, Scotland and Ireland who bridge that gap.

If only on experience I would say Bangladesh are still ahead of them, but like you say Andrew it will be interesting to find out. Certainly in test cricket anyway, but in Odis it might be a little closer as both Scotland and Ireland have played a fair amount of the shorter stuff.

Scotland and Ireland certainly are probably as good as Bangladesh. Next months Bangladesh v Scotland ODI series will be worth watching.

Maybe Ireland if Ed Joyce didnt pull a Judas on them, but with Bangladesh getting the more exposure to the top teams, plus a very young team, only 3 guys over 22 or something, they are always improving, so I think that they're just a bit ahead now, but will develop faster however.

Ireland are up and coming. They won the European Championship this year at every age group from Under-13s to Under-23s as well as the senior tournament. They also had nine players involved in county cricket at some level last year, and two more have signed county contracts for next year.

Yeah, but Bangladesh more-so.

Take Bangladesh a good 5 years before they are competitive with top 8.

Ireland 10-15. Depending on how long Eion Morgan is around for.

It'll take Bangladesh a lot longer than 5 years to to be competitive with the top 8. They are improving though and definitely in the future they will be competitive.

Good win by Kenya, no surprised to see Tikolo top scoring for them. Kenyan cricket will find it hard to replace him when he decides to call it a day.

They made it to the finals of the under 19's last year.

Wasnt just a fluke like Kenya 2003 world cup, they won all thier pool matches.
