Dale Steyn for sure. There haven't been many fast bowlers playing regularly nowadays, besides those West Indies ones, isn't it? Just a Mitchell Johnson and a Dale Steyn.

Steyn by miles. And considering what you would call fast, I would have Anderson on the list too, he can get from 85-88 mph consistently, which is mostly what Steyn bowls these days too.
Also, Gul should be in that list, his Test and ODI record is similar to, if not better than Malinga's.
