The best images I have of Sachin vs Warne was in the 96-97 Tour where india hosted aus. Sachin was smashing his so much. And since that was the time around which I really got into cricket, I didnt really think much of warne. But watching him against other countries (England Mainly) is when I realized how great he is.

I guess Sachin just made it look too easy. I remember the slogans going around india during the tests "SHAME WARNE! SHAME WARNE!" Was really somthing else.

We are improving playing spin, look at how we have played Warne lately, ok he may have got wickets but we are scoring runs off him, All the pressure your spinners put on the seamers will lose. As India don't like play Kumble and Singh do they?

You may have scored runs of Warne, but he will get your batsmen out every time, and once their out, then they cannot score anymore runs.

When warne plays India when you take a look at warne you dont think he is that good , but when warne plays agaisnt other countries , then you think ' wow , ' warne is good ', . Anyways I cant get enough of that superball hat got struass out in the second test I keep playing and playing that video over and over agisn just amazing .

I would say the best player of spin at the moment is Brian Lara.

I think it's a misnomer to label Warne as exceptionally bad against India, the majority of spinners struggle in India.

Ok then If giles is your best spinner you have , and why not pick another spinner froma county side .Honestly I dont think england can win without 2 speacialsit spinners in india.

He's not our best spinner that would go to either Keedy, Brown or Udal Udal is 36 though. Keedy and brown aren't that good in the other departments, Batty would get the nod most likely.

Batty and Brown bowl off breaks, Keedy is SLA.Other contenders, Dawson who bowls off spin, maybe Blackwell doubtful though. If they want to risk it maybe Lawson at yorks but he has barely played any cricket.

No doubt i've missed someone though.
