Warner's on fire. Century here and there. The only problem with the team is that Warner's the only one that has hit a 6. Also has probably scored 80% of runs

Just got back from the Stars v Thunder game. It was a cracking match. Warner batted superbly. He went absolutely crazy when he made his ton. The whole melbourne crowd (including me) gave him a standing ovation. I didn't really enjoy his innings as much as I should of as I was hoping the Stars could get home. The crowd was alright, 23 odd thousand. Warney was disappointing, Warner smashed him around for a couple of overs before he got taken off. All in all, a good game of cricket!

Warner is in his T20 form of life.. 2 centuries in CLT20 in september this year in India, with this one to set the tone for BBL'11, more so as the captain of his team.
He also has the makings of a good international test batsman as we had seen with his fighting century last week against the Kiwis ..

You need to get rid of Cummins, he won't be playing for a while. Also Warner most likely.

Funny thing here is that without Warner, thunder would be totally screwed. It's like the Australian team.

CA tried to mould him into a more sensible attacking ODI batsmen which in turn took away his destructive nature. Think Afridi minus trying to slog every ball for 6.

he's never been that destructive for victoria. considering how long he's been captain, i think his first nature is to bat responsibly.
